Shipping policy

For any online purchases of paddles and/or accessories, Epic Kayaks Hawaii LLC (‘Epic’) shall use best endeavours to deliver on a timely basis to our customers. Shipping costs are calculated and are included in your total cost as at the time of purchase. Please allow 3-4 days for fulfilment and postage delivery services. Epic engages both USPS and private courier services for shipping of goods throughout Hawaii. 

Shipping of surfskis and kayaks shall be organised directly between Epic and the customer. Upon purchase, Epic shall contact the customer and ensure suitable arrangements are made for the delivery of their chosen craft to ensure a timely and safe delivery of the surfski / kayak. Customers are asked to review their new surfski / kayak upon delivery to ensure it has been delivered in a suitable condition. Please refer to our warranty policy for further guidance.
